In 2015, Charles founded Aguirre Project Resources (APR) as a professional services practice with a corporate base in the Dallas Fort Worth metropolitan area and support offices in Houston, San Antonio, Atlanta and Washington, DC. Charles is a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) with over three decades of experience in the industry working on multi-million and multi-billion-dollar programs throughout the U.S. and around the world. His passion is providing clients—in particular owners, agencies and developers—with a sense of confidence and trust that their programs can be designed and built within the established budget and optimal timeframe.
Charles has a unique blend of experiences that enables him to provide hands-on development and leadership to the project team at any state throughout the project cycle. He has served programs at numerous airports nationwide including ATL, DFW, TPA and MIA to name a few. Charles has had many significant accomplishments during his career, and that of which he is most proud of has been the opportunity to mentor hundreds of fellow project controls professionals across many industry sectors.
