In partnership with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and American Airlines, JFK T8 Innovation Partners is giving small, local, women- and minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurs the opportunity to test their retail concepts in the airport marketplace as part of the $125 million commercial program underway in Terminal 8 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

Tuesday, May 9, 2-3 p.m. ET
What:
- Applications are now being accepted from small, local businesses looking to operate one of four 100-square-foot retail kiosks at JFK Terminal 8 through URW’s Local Small Business Retail Accelerator.
Who Should Attend:
- Small, local, women- and minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurs interested in short-term, entry-level retail opportunities at JFK Terminal 8.
- Based on Terminal 8’s unique customer preferences and merchandising mix, suggested retail categories include Baby, Beauty, Health & Personal Care, Home, Household Essentials, Pets, Toys, Entertainment, and Pre-Packaged Snacks and confections (non-perishable—requiring no refrigeration).
