Ep.20 – AMAC 360: Spirit of STL: Hamm-Niebruegge Reflects & Looks to Next Chapter

For over fifteen years, Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge has led St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). During her tenure, she has guided the airport through many highs—renovations and increased routes—and some lows—a global pandemic and a devastating tornado, the latter coming a year after she took over as Director. In Fall 2026, Hamm-Niebruegge will step down and move into the next phase of her life. In honor of Women’s History Month, we recognize her leadership and legacy. You do not build a career that spans more than a quarter century without gaining valuable insights to share, especially in an industry where each day brings a new challenge.
