AMAC Members-Only Webinar: Understanding the USDOT DBE/ACDBE Program Interim Final Rule for Airport Primes, Developers & Consultants

Target Audience: This webinar is exclusively for AMAC members who are Airport Primes/Developers/Consultants and firms involved in DBE/ACDBE certification or supportive services.

Designed for Airport Primes, Developers, Consultants, and firms providing certification or supportive services to airports, as well as DBE/ACDBE firms, this webinar will help AMAC members understand the USDOT DBE/ACDBE Program Interim Final Rule and its implications for federally funded airport projects and concessions opportunities. Attendees will gain insight into key changes affecting certification, compliance and contracting, as well as strategies for maintaining strong partnerships under the updated requirements.

In 2023, the SBA began requiring the development of a Social Disadvantage Narrative for all firms to demonstrate owners’ social disadvantage for eligibility to participate in the SBA 8(a) program benefits. In 2024, the USDOT updated the language on this topic as well in its revised DBE/ACDBE regulation CFR 26.67(d).
