AECOM Webinar — Designing a Future Ready Passenger Experience

Human-focused design is a key driver of architecture that serves people first. In this webinar, we will explore the passenger experience strategies used to shape the design of the iconic Boston Logan Terminal E from intuitive wayfinding and curb-to-gate flow to comfort, sightlines, and operational clarity aligned with industry standards. Through a practical, design-led lens, we will highlight the approaches, key decisions, and lessons learned that can be applied to other terminal projects seeking measurable improvements across the end-to-end journey.
