AMAC 360: Small Business Training Programs Taking Off

Join AMAC on the third Friday of each month at 12:00 pm Eastern Time for our monthly virtual membership meeting.

Small Business Training Programs Taking Off

Airports across the country are growing their focus on lowering, if not removing, the barriers to entry for entrepreneurs interested in the airport industry. One avenue is education. Though small business education programs are not new, airports have become more progressive, creative, and practical in developing the training needed for new entrants. Our industry experts share their stories to reveal the commonalities and differences among the various approaches.

Speakers:

  • Suzette Bather-Taylor, Program Director, Business Diversity, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ)
  • Scott Knight, Senior Director, Concessions, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
  • Amber Meshack, Director, Business, Jobs, & Social Responsibility, Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)

The event is finished.
