HTC Level 4 Buildout Outreach Event

Join Hensel Phelps, Sky Blue Builders, and Denver International Airport (DEN) CEO Phil Washington for the Hotel and Transit Center (HTC) Level 4 Buildout Outreach Event. The buildout of Level 4 of the HTC includes two distinct areas. The first is the Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA), which will be a first-of-its-kind training center. The second includes the buildout of other offices and amenities including the Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO), DEN Workforce Center, DEN Commerce Hub, a daycare center and other DEN spaces. Funding for the entire buildout of Level 4 has not been fully identified.

Join us for an overview of the project and learn about subcontracting opportunities on the upcoming construction of these important spaces.

This event is open to the public and MWBE certified firms are strongly encouraged to attend. Parking is free and refreshments will be served.
