COMPASS Conference: Elevating DEI Performance Through Collaborative Leadership and Inclusive Cultures

The COMPASS Institute of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will host the 10th Anniversary celebration for the Annual COMPASS Conference: Elevating DEI Performance Through Collaborative Leadership and Inclusive Cultures from September 27th–30th, 2023, in Baltimore, MD. The conference theme is “Celebrating 10 Years of Advancing Diversity, Equity & Economic Inclusion”, and a true celebration it shall be. We are pleased to welcome new and returning participants to our annual conference and look forward to welcoming you to Baltimore!

COMPASS Institute seeks to address barriers that reduce equitable market access and achieve economic inclusion for all groups into the mainstream ecosystem. We collaborate with industry leaders to develop a DEI performance scorecard; provide a framework to conduct organizational DEI assessments; assist organizations in developing DEI business cases and performing DEI economic impact analysis; and publish periodic DEI standards and top performers by industry segments.

DEI outcomes are best achieved when organizations have adequate and automated processes. COMPASS Institute has strategic partnerships with industry-leading DEI software and system providers. As such, it may advise and recommend DEI solutions and assist organizations in implementing processes that enable measuring, reporting and achieving DEI results.

We look forward to seeing you this year. REGISTER TODAY!
