Call for Speakers: 41st Annual AMAC Airport Business Conference — Submissions Due 01/13/26

The Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) invites dynamic and knowledgeable speakers to share their expertise, insights and experiences with our audience of over 1,500 aviation professionals, businesses, government officials and changemakers during the 41st Annual AMAC Airport Business Conference, which will take place June 10–14, 2026, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD and will be hosted by Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport.

👉 Speaker proposals are due Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Submit proposals here.

The conference remains a platform for advancing minority and women-owned businesses and their vital role in fueling local economies – connecting aviation to community growth while offering rich opportunities for advocacy, learning and networking.

We offer four workshop tracks: Airports; Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC); Concessions; and Compliance. We provide the content presented during workshops in a condensed “Open Innovation” format, focusing on tips, best practices and checklist-style content.

To encourage broader participation and improve the quality of speaker proposal submissions, AMAC is hosting a Call for Speakers Informational Webinar.
