AMAC Forward: Preparing for Incoming Administration Changes

The stakes are higher than ever before. AMAC’s existence is more critical as we relentlessly pursue our mission of advancing the full participation of minorities and women in employment and contracting opportunities throughout the aviation and aerospace industries. With the 2024 Presidential Election results, we anticipate the landscape of aviation and aerospace to continue to evolve, and we are more committed to ensuring that individuals and companies from diverse backgrounds have equal access to opportunities for advancement, growth, and success.

As a non-partisan, non-profit trade association, AMAC was born out of passion, enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to creating opportunities for minorities and women. Since AMAC’s inception four decades ago, the industry has made progress with policies that expand opportunities for women and minorities in contracting and leadership positions—with AMAC pushing at every step. We recognize that the work we do is more important than ever.

We encourage you to access our readily available resources and programming, which support and empower underrepresented groups in the aviation and aerospace industries.

As we move forward, you can expect AMAC to continue providing essential resources, advocacy, and networking opportunities for our members. We remain committed to championing policies that promote diversity, and we will continue to work with industry leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders to create pathways for minority- and women-owned businesses and professionals to thrive.

On behalf of the AMAC Board of Directors and our entire team, I want to thank you for your continued support and engagement. It is your involvement that enables us to drive meaningful change. We are excited for the future and look forward to working together to further our shared goals.

Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We value your input and are here to support you as we advance our mission and vision.
