DBE Supplier Definitions, CUF Performance Requirements & Pre-Award Counting Requirements

This session will discuss the new requirement for making preliminary counting determinations for Regular Dealers and Distributors pursuant to §26.53(c)(1) at changes to §26.55(d) that include revised definitions and CUF performance requirements. This session will also discuss the new requirement for recipients to establish a system to determine that a regular DBE dealer, over time, keeps sufficient quantities and regularly sells the items in question. This system must also ensure that a regular dealer of bulk items owns/leases and operates distribution equipment for the products it sells.
