Swinerton Transbay Block 2 Kai Ming Childcare Pre-Bid Meeting
Swinerton is excited to invite the construction community, especially those within the SF OCII project areas, including LBEs, SBEs, and local trade partners, to their Transbay Block 2 – Kai Ming Childcare Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM PT. This meeting will be held virtually, and registration is required to receive the meeting link.
This session will include:
- Introduction to the project team
- SBE/Non-SBE matchmaking & partnering
- Trade package overview and buyout schedule
Bidding opportunities include carpentry, metals, waterproofing, glazing, gypsum board, ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, food service equipment, and more.
