Jon Faucher is Mead & Hunt’s National Aviation Services Group Leader. He serves on the board of directors for Mead & Hunt and the ACC Foundation. Currently on AMAC’s Membership Committee and a former AAAE Board member as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Corporate Committee. Jon lives with his wife and three children in Chandler, AZ.

Demetria Wideman is the Vice President of Business Development for ReachTV. She concentrates on building and maintaining airport relationships and assisting airports in telling their story on the ReachTV network. Demetria believes that if we can change the way passengers view the airport, it enhances their travel experience. Airports are a part of your trip, and not just a means to an end.
Demetria has been in the aviation industry for nearly 15 years, first as a member of the concessions team at the Atlanta airport, leading concessions procurement projects and establishing marketing programs and brands for the airport. A marketer at heart, she cites one of her most cherished programs as the Taste of Hartsfield-Jackson, where she recreated a street festival in the heart of the world’s busiest airport.
Demetria joined ReachTV in November and is excited about the future as the company continues to grow. She sees endless possibilities for ReachTV and is committed to the company’s motto of Truth, Positivity & Fun as we bring a new era of broadcast entertainment to airports worldwide.
Demetria holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Clayton State University and a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University. She is a mother to 4 awesome children and active in several community organizations.

Lauryn Mangum Reed’s industry experience started in 2012 when her family opened a café in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (The Refuge Coffee Food and Wine) as a subtenant of HMSHost. She played an integral role in the framework, opening, operations and staff training and became the Director of Sales and Marketing.
In 2017, Mangum Reed joined Stellar Partners as Business Development Coordinator and was later named Director of Innovation and Business Development. Lauryn supported the department in many facets, from coordinating RFPs to working closely with ACDBE partners, with a strong emphasis on innovation, technology and strategy.
Lauryn recently transitioned from retail concessions to the Vice President of Business Development for the global, omnichannel enterprise, self-service hospitality Servy (Grab) platform. Servy enables partners to drive operational efficiencies and enhance the guest experience while improving profitability through the suite of contactless order and payment solutions. Lauryn is responsible for business development and strategic partnership activities for the Servy (Grab) Airport Marketplace with airport authorities, developers and restaurant and retail partners throughout the Americas.
Although considered an emerging leader, Lauryn’s industry involvement is vast. Mangum Reed serves as the Co-Chair for AMAC’s Emerging Leaders Committee, Secretary of the AMAC Board of Directors and Member of the ACI-NA Business Diversity Steering Committee.
Lauryn has an affinity for people, representation and diversity in her day-to-day life, the aviation industry is no exception. Lauryn graduated from Arizona State University, where she became a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. As a new mom and wife, Lauryn strongly advocates for work/life balance and empowering women to do everything they desire!

CEO, Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport
Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed Ricky Dorell Smith as Executive Director of the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) on July 10, 2015. Mr. Smith is responsible for the planning, operation, and management of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall), Martin State Airport, and regional aviation activities for the State of Maryland.
Mr. Smith, a 29-year transportation official, returned to Maryland after serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Cleveland Airport System, which includes Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Burke Lakefront Airport. In addition, he was responsible for overseeing the development and management of the City’s lakefront properties.
Mr. Smith worked to establish and execute a strategic direction for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport that included expanding airport revenue sources, strengthening the airport’s brand recognition, improving airfield safety, and enhancing the passenger experience. During Mr. Smith’s leadership in Ohio, Cleveland Hopkins was recognized as the most improved airport in North America by the international aviation industry organization, Airports Council International-North America. He led the development of a $2 billion master plan for the Cleveland Airport System, which included new cargo facilities, expanded corporate hangars, improved parking, airport hotel, passenger terminal building, airport service station, fast food plaza and an FAA Air Traffic Control Tower.
Before his service in Cleveland, Mr. Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer for the MAA. Mr. Smith helped lead BWI Marshall Airport through a $2 billion expansion program, increased air service worldwide, and created a new food and retail program. Before returning to the MAA after a two-year departure, Ricky served as the Deputy Administrator for the Maryland State Highway Administration. He oversaw an approximate $1 billion annual budget and co-developed the financing strategy for the largest capital project in Maryland history – the Inter-County Connector. In addition, he served in the private sector for several years with International Business Machines, H&R Block Business Services, The May Company, and others.
